Farhan Khan is a true Solutions Architect at heart. With 30 years of HCM Solutions experience spanning dozens of HR, Time and Payroll Implementations, he brings a unique perspective and innovative best practices in Workforce Management, enabling organizations to obtain the highest degree of adoption and real value from their solutions. Farhan plays a strategic partnership role with clients ensuring success and a faster time to value.
Shawn applies his 25 years of finance, operations and accounting experience to focus on the overall financial growth and wellbeing of the company. Prior to joining GroupeX, he was COO at an alternative investment finance firm where he led the transaction processing and financial reporting functions, overseeing an operations team that supported the needs of one of North America’s largest purchasers of secondary market annuities.
Shawn graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BComm degree and obtained an Honours in Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa. He qualified as a chartered accountant and articled at EY. He is married with two children.
Aman has oversight on all projects and works at building our internal capabilities to align with our engagement pipeline and initiatives to bring new, innovative technologies to our customers. Aman’s 20 years in the Human Capital Management space has been spent in delivering, managing and architecting solutions for customers across North America in various industries with different business drivers. Aman works with our clients to understand their ecosystem and what opportunities exist for their business to achieve efficiencies in HCM to better serve their employees or improve their position in the marketplace.
Patricia is a multi-faceted senior finance professional with extensive experience in the professional services industry. She focuses on financial planning, forecasting, to help identify KPIs to maintain the growth and financial stability of the company.
Kathy James, Senior Director of Professional Services, brings more than 25 years of technical consulting and experience to our clients. Kathy uses her extensive expertise to help clients make tough strategic decisions and maximize the value of their Workforce investments. Kathy’s passion is problem solving, simplifying, and designing unique solutions to meet her client’s complex needs.
Lani Davis, Senior Director of Value Engineering, brings over 20 years of technical and consulting experience to our clients. Lani’s diverse background in law and technology helps clients ensure compliance with local regulations while also following best practices industry wide. As a Certified Agile Leader, she believes in promoting and facilitating teams who work and thrive together.
Rick Harnsberger, Director of Professional Services, is a UKG Workforce Management architect with 30 years of leading and managing software implementations while helping clients maximize the value of their UKG solutions. Rick has global experience across multiple industries and covers all facets of workforce management. This allows him to understand the full architectural design that are simplified and sustainable, while meeting complex requirements. Rick’s knowledge and foresight reduces project risk and a client’s time to value.
Diana leads the Project Management Office (PMO) strong team of project managers. With over 25 years of experience implementing a variety of HR/Payroll software products in a spectrum of roles across North America, Diana’s focus is equally on the rigour and project controls that are required for successful implementations and setting up all stakeholders for success. The power of the software is as great as the power of the people implementing it – consultant/customer team alike – and the PMO objective is to enable project success.
